Every Anzac Day and Remembrance Day, hundreds of people gather outside The Yanchep Inn to pay their respects. For years, they gathered around a rockery. There was nowhere for the community to remember the local men and women who served, and nowhere for their families to sit with a name and a memory.
Kinetic Landscaping worked with the Yanchep RSL Sub-Branch and Yanchep National Park to replace that rockery with a permanent memorial wall: a place for plaques, a place to reflect, and a place built by the community it now serves.
From Undeveloped Block to Purpose-Built Lifestyle Property Gingin Acreage Makeover
This Gingin project involved transforming a one-acre property that had never been landscaped beyond the construction of the home. The block was largely undeveloped, overgrown and lacked structure or usability.

Jeremiah, Bel and their team transformed a sloping sand pit into the best frontage on our street. It was a big job and we had a few challenges along the way due to soak wells and service lines not being where the plans said they were going to be but Jera provided us with options for how to overcome it and the end result was better than we had originally planned. Both. Whether your reticulation is failing in patches, poorly designed for your soil or simply never installed in the first place, we can assess, modify, upgrade or replace as needed.
